All County/area teams are usually the newspapers. The writers usually watch a lot of teams in their area and choose who they think is best. Most top teams get a few kids but the rest is usually pretty spread out. That local kid that transfered to a big powerhouse school and is now a minimal rotation player probably would of put up big stats at the local school and had a chance to be on the all area team but some people prefer being a small fish in a big pond rather than the big fish Ina small pond...to each their own.
