Cypress didn’t have transfers and was ranked high and didn’t make the playoffs

Marina was ranked high and didn’t make the playoffs

: Big difference between a kid moving and transferring and a team suddenly loading up on 3+ transfers in basketball. Those teams are the reason this system is in place. In years past those teams were in a low division with superior talent. Now they play likewise talent and may the best man win.
