:Having no human element in making the "competitive equity" divisions makes no sense. It defeats the purpose of "competitive equity". The current Colley polls has at least 25 examples where a team is ranked higher than a team they lost to. Shouldn't head to head competition be one of the highest criteria in "competitive equity"? There are last place teams in leagues who are ahead of league champions. There are 2 examples of teams who lost twice to opponent yet are ahead of the opponent in the rankings. The divisions and playoff results are a total crapshoot.
