Another thing would be nice if they reseaded the teams that make each division so that the obvious head to head matchups winners get a better seed and league champions dont have to travel to play last place and at large teams in the first round.

CIF doesn't put teams in leagues, the AD s and Principals vote for that and football is the main driver in that.
