CIF Caused a Big Mess / Chaos

CIF should of left the divisional format as it was. Every two years you move up or down. Trying to make things more balanced and competitive. It is up the the high schools to make better decisions hiring AD's and coaches. IT is that simple. AD's hire their friends or retreads, that is the schools issue for them being inept, not CIF to be Mommy. This is what these schools have chosen.

Just winning friends and influencing people.
