The method for determining divisions was meant to provide parity. But is that really possible? Look at the Open Division--that one was set up to get the programs that are ridiculously strong away from other programs. But here were the first round scores from the Open:

68 to 35
74 to 38
96 to 57
62 to 35

There's no parity in the Open Division, that's for sure!
