A bunch of BS? Isn't that what everyone wanted instead of having teams placed at the beginning of the season? My favorite complaint, my daugther's team graduated everyone and we are in Division 1, that's not fair. I love that excuse, or that teams recruited players and they are going to win Division 3A. Now that the divisions are done at the end of the season no more excuses on where your team is placed. The only thing that could happen is a team tanking for the hope of getting out of a competitive division but that would tough to tank. A team might be able to drop a division but not Division 1 to Division 2A. No matter what CIF does, not everyone will be happy but as long as its a minimal amount of complaints that is a win for CIF.
