What would it take to create/build a trusted AAU System in the IE

What does a functional AAU system look like in the IE that allows all our talented athletes to be elevated here without having to leave the IE to be seen?

All the coaching HS & AAU having an agreement? Building a schedule or events where everyone can send their kids without a threat on never seeing them again? The HS coaches all running AAU programs or rating and supporting the AAU coaches?

Input, sarcasm or hate welcome just wondering how we fail so much with so much talent?
