: Other questions:

: How dedicated is your JV coach/team? Is it possible they get more development and preparation from Varsity practices/environment/commitment level than from more minutes in JV games?

: In my experience, a player who doesn't make Varsity by their Junior season is likely not going to crack the Varsity rotation her senior year, and if it's close, you'd rather play the players who will be back the next season. Must be very high character, positive influence, to even consider keeping around.

: Juniors on JV need to be a special type of player. Someone who understands their role within the program and their place. They need to be very hard workers and willing to understand that the odds are long that they play significantly on varsity as a senior. There are always situations where the junior on JV ends up working hard and surpassing a player their senior year, but usually, that does not happen.
