Someone please explain to me how these two great programs have gone in the tank so very quickly?

J serra was really good three years ago and I see they lost to 85-14 to Orange Lutheran and to Mater Dei 101-1?
They are 0-9 this season.

I found the coach on Instagram and she looks more like the Drama Coach. I get all the gender stuff and it's important but what happened to the coach role model stuff - or is this the new role model?

Serra is 2-18 and getting thumped by just about everyone.
