Very interesting..all 3 leagues would be very balanced, theoretically. Some of the teams in this grouping are pretty volatile.. unbelievable highs followed by awful lows. So from one year to the next it's hard to say.

Also, the conference will have 20 teams and most likely will have 4 leagues of 5 teams..
