This year, seeding means nothing. Below are the results of the semi finalists which clearly shows the computer got the order wrong and that seeds meant nothing. Last year 71% of the top 3 seeds made it to the semis. This year its less than 20. CIF this is all the proof you need that your formula is completely off and the wrong teams are ranked higher.
