Once automatic qualifiers have been placed into a division, any remaining spots will go to the highest ranked, .500 or better at large teams in that grouping.

Its an Average which means some will have more and some less. There being 21 wild card spots available and 9 divisions already means it wont be the same. Escarcargas projections are also off since he decided to put 2 in each division and didnt account for the real amount of wildcards so everyone will be going down 3 spots which will completely shift who gets the wildcard spots in the lower divisions and who is left out.
