We have about 2/3 of our players playing a spring sport. Some are playing AAU on the weekends. We have basketball class (block schedule- 3 days/week) so we will work out on those days. My expectation is that unless they have a volleyball game that day, they come to practice. It's heavy on skill work and offensive concepts. We life 3-4 days/week. Unless you're in someone else's practice, you lift after school on those days. We'll have shooting sessions 1-2 days week before school- it's optional, but if you're not working out don't be surprised if you get passed up. I stay out of the club world, so whoever they play for is up to them. We don't start spring games until late April.
