Edison bathrooms and tickets

I go and take my sons to cig finals I pay 10 to park in the rain good parking then we get in gym need to go to bathroom. It’s outside one toilet got to wait 30 minutes in the rain got to have a better. Bathroom then that. I missed half the game then there telling people to watch 8 pm game. You have to get a new ticket so I had to pay 30 for me and 12 dollars more for my sons. But at the Honda center it’s 22 bucks the whole day when I was telling them 15 bucks is for the whole day like it says on cif website how do I get a refund. They suckerd me
