New LA City Schedules and Daily Results--(November 27, 1997)

We've had the LA City Section basketball schedules up for some time now, broken down by conference. But we didn't have a master, composite, daily schedule. This meant that in order to find out if there was a game on for a particular day, you had to check all five of the league/conference schedules. Not very efficient, unless of course you were looking only for a particular team. So, we thought we'd remedy the situation, and we think we've done that.

You can now find a complete daily schedule, for all of the scrimmage, practice games, conference games and league games, day by day here at SoCalHoops. And, since it's just the beginning of the season, we've decided to add results and scores each day as well. Really not too difficult a task to keep updated (so long as the newspapers report all the games--yes we do depend upon newspapers, because otherwise what's the point of trying to duplicate what they do best).

So, you can now find daily schedules and the scores. Next thing, someone will ask us to compile the standings. . . .Well, maybe, but only once a week or so. We'll see, so stayed tuned in.
