National Sport Grill Tip-Off At Loara,
Servite and La Quinta High--(November 30, 1997)

The Orange County High School Basketball season gets underway tomorrow, December 1, with a few very exciting tournaments. One of particular interest is the National Sports Grill Tip-Off Classic, which is held at Loara, Servite, and La Quinta High Schools and which will feature a 16 team field including Santa Margarita, Villa Park and Woodbridge.

Servite High School is located at 1952 W. La Palma, in Anaheim between the 5 and 91 freeways just east of Brookhurst on La Palma. Loara is located at 1765 W. Cerritos, and La Quinta is located at 10372 McFadden in Westminster. We understand the tournament will run through the week, with games being played at all the schools in the evenings, and the finals to be held on Saurday. We'll try to get more details on this tournament, and will also hopefully have some results.
