Former Coach Halpern to City Section--(November 6, 1997)

Congratulations to former Reseda High basketball coach Jeff Halpern, who preceded Dave Enowitz in that job. He will be moving to work as assistant to Barbara Fiege, the LA City Section Commissioner. His official title will be "teacher and advisor" to the City Section. His job will entail coordinating all activities in basketball, football, baseball, wrestling and track. He's been with the LAUSD for 31 years.
