San Diego Nike Prep Classic:
All Tournament Team and MVP--(January 2, 1998)

Thanks again to Pat McKinney at the University of San Diego High School Basketball site for providing us all with this information.

This tournament was broken into Divisions, so the teams were seeded and the competition was more evenly matched. And since there were three pools, there were three different MVP's each of whom shared the top honors. The top five teams in each of the pools were:

Classic Division (12 teams)

1. St Anthony; 2. St Dominic; 3. Fremont; 4. JW North; 5. Jesuit.

Governor's Cup (10 teams)

1. Horizon; 2. Rancho Bernardo; 3.Ocean View; 4. Poway; 5. John Muir.

Mayor's Trophy (16 teams)

1. Rancho Buena Vista; 2. El Camino; 3. Mountain View; 4. Torrey Pines; 5. Australian Capital
