Santa Margarita Wins Title--(December 7,1997)

Santa Margarita easily defeated San Bernardino Pacific by a score of 92-59 in the championship game of the National Sports Grill Basketball at Loara High last night. Santa Margarita quickly jumped out to an impressive 31-point lead in the first half, on the fine shooting of Ryan Foreham-Kelly, who scored 17 points and T.J. Williams, the tournament MVP, who shot another 16 for Santa Margarita. Kelly Kramer scored another 15 points for the Eagles. Chaun Ballard had 24 points for Pacific

Santa Margarita is now undefeated at 4-0 this season; San Bernardino Pacific is 3-1. Congratulations to the Champion, Santa Margarita and to Tournament MVP T.J. Williams.

Servite managed to hold off a threatening Villa Park In the third-place game, 61-58. Rafael Zielonka led Servite with 18
points.
