The Best in the West Tournament started Friday, December 26, 1997. There have been a whole bunch of games played. As of today, Monday, December 29, 1997, the semifinal matchups in the Champinonship bracket look like this:

7:35 pm: Long Beach Jordan v. Westchester--Main Gym Long Beach City College

9:10 pm: Artesia v. Long Beach Poly-- Main Gym Long Beach City College

We'll try to get more reports and more scheduling of the other games today and tonight.
