Southern Pacific Shootout
Location Moved--(Sept. 16, 1998)

Seems we had the wrong location for the Southern Pacific Shootout. Dart Stamps wrote us yesterday (and he posted a note on the message forrum) telling everyone that the tournament will be moved. Someone should tell the NCAA which still has it listed at Southwest LA College.

Instead, the Southern Pacific Shootout will now be held at two different locations: Westchester High, and Del Aire Park in El Segundo.

Westchester High School is located in (you guessed it) the Westchester area of LA. From the 405 Freeway, exit at Manchester and go west. Take Manchester to Park Hill, and go left on Park Hill. Take Park Hill to 61st Stree, and go right on 61st. The gym is located at the rear of the school

Del Aire Park is located in El Segundo. From the 405 Freeway, exit at El Segundo. Go west on El Segundo to Isis. Turn right on Isis, and go north on Isis. The park will be located on your left hand side on Isis.

We also note that there have been a few changes to the schedule and the rosters. Some of the teams we thought were coming, are not, and there are a couple of new teams. We'll post the pools and the schedule for Saturday's games shortly.
