Mesta Hired To Replace Cady
At San Fernando--(Sept 16, 1998)

The LA Times today reported that Oscar Mesta, a former basketball coach at Hollywood High, has been selected coach at San Fernando. He replaces Mick Cady, who resigned, and will serve in place of the person everyone anticipated would get the job when Cady announced he was leaving, Darryl McDonald, who instead jumped over to Alemany with about half the San Fernando team.
