SoCalHoops Additions,
Corrections and New Links--(July 6, 1998)

As most of you who have frequented our site know, we've got tons of links to many different basketball sites. Well, from time to time, we miss a link here and there, or our links become outdated or are just plain wrong. We get a ton of mail every week informing us of new sites, asking to have a site linked, or correcting a bad link, and we do appreciate the time and effort that all our readers put in to each and every message. Sometimes we just get too busy, and can't respond to all of the messages, and even tougher is the process of updating and adding new links. Well, since Sunday night was a bit slow, we went through all our old e-mails from earlier this year (at least the ones on our primary server; we'll check for more on our secondary server tomorrow). In any event, here are the recent changes, corrections and additions to SoCalHoops links:

Amador Valley High School Girls' Team (Amador Valley, CA)-- Thanks to Robert Stanley for this one.

Carondale High School, Carondale, Saskatchewan-- Thanks to Coach Gib Hinz for this one.

South La Fourche High School Basketball team site-- Thanks to Myron Fischer for this one.

Illinois High School Basketball-- From G.J. King, a nice site, but too bad it's at Tripod, because it's got those really annoying pop-up boxes

Scottish Basketball Website-- From George Williamson.

Temas de Basketball-- from Spain, and it's even got a link to SoCalHoops. Thanks to Juan Cuesta of Huelva, Spain for this one.

Arizona Elite Girls Basketball Club-- a nice site with tournament info, teams, and more. Thanks to Joe O'Connor for this one.

University of New Hampshire and New Hampshire College -- Thanks to Greg Royce, we've corrected our listings in Division I and Division II.

Deweyville High School Pirates Basketball, Deweyville, Texas-- thanks to Larry Dean Jackson for this and for the link to the Texas High School Coaches website.

Our NoCal High School page has been augmented with the following links: Northern Athletic League: Anderson High School; Mid-Valley Athletic League: Biggs High School; and Westside Athletic League: Gridley High School. We want to thank Celeste Pang for letting us know about these.

And Danny Walker points out a couple of corrections: A link correction for Arkansas in the SEC. The Sports Talk board has been moved. It is no longer on the webtoys server. The new URL is http://www.kark.com/web-bbs/ua/index.asp You can also add another board for Arkansas State at http://www.kark.com/web-bbs/asu/index.asp.
