Clancy Investigation Over, Will Play for USC--(June 22, 1998)

This was reported last week, and we just forgot to put up an article, but better late than never. The Pac-10 officially announced last week it has closed the investigation into the allegations that USC incoming recruit Sam Clancy received an unspecified amount of money during his recruitment, saying there was no evidence to support the allegations. USC coach Henry Bibby and assistant coach Dave Miller were also cleared of any wrongdoing.
