University of San Diego Signs
Two For Next Year--(May 12, 1998)

We spoke this morning with our sources at the University of San Diego, and they confirmed that USD has signed two players this week (in addition to Kevin Hansen (6'-10" Sr. PF/C) from Ocean View who signed in the fall):

Steve Ross (6'-6" Sr. SF) from Victoria, British Columbia signed his letter this last week.

Andre Laws (6'-1" Sr. PG/SG) from Anchorage Alaska also signed this week.

Laws is an extremely quick scoring 1 with great moves to the basket, who can also hit the 3. Don't know anything about Ross yet.
