Slam-N-Jam Spring Development
League Playoffs Continue--(May 12, 1998)

Issy Washington's "Slam-N-Jam Spring League" will continue this weekend with quarterfinals and semifinals. All games will be Saturday at Dominguez High in Compton. The championship game will be played Sunday at 3:40 p.m., also at Dominguez High.

We understand that the IEBP I and II got switched around when they played each other, but at the present time this is who we have been told is on the respective teams--it could be the other way around, but don't blame us. Here's the schedule:

9:00 a.m.-- Inland Empire Basketball Program I (IEBP I) (Jacquay Carlyle, Damon Knight, Desmond Pinegar, Matt Santos, Brandon & Brennan Martin, Kamron Leonard, Kristian Jordan) vs. Southern California All-Stars (Pat Barrett's team--Keith Kincaide, Keith Brooks, Tyson Chandler)

10:15 a.m.: ABC (Stanley Thorne, Ryan Abrahams, Tony Booker, Larry Johnson, Gilbert Brown, Garrett Lee) v. Inland (???)

11:30 a.m.: Lakewood (Jason Kapono, Jack Martinez) vs. IEBP II (Trenell Eddings, Gary Holmes, Jamaal Williams, Joseth Dawson, Brandon Hulst, David Joiner, Baron Baker, Garreth Reed, Marquis Revel, Scott Anderson, Damiel Ware)

12:45 p.m. Slam-N-Jam II (Issy's No. 1 Team--Travon Bryant, Brian Pruitt, Errick Craven, Derrick Craven, Ricardo Suazo, Keyon Kenzie) v. Greater Compton (Tito Maddox, and ??)

2:00 p.m. Semifinals
