Miscellaneous Girls' Hoops News--(May 12, 1998)

Former Alemany High girls' player Kelly McKay has signed to play at San Francisco State. McKay played at Cuesta College the past two seasons.

And in more girls' prep hoops news, Tom Strasburger has been named girls' coach at Thousand Oaks High. Strasburger replaces Chuck Brown, who retired in February after leading the Lancers to two Southern Section championships and 319 victories in 16 seasons. Strasburger coached the junior varsity team at Thousand Oaks the past 10 seasons.
