Matt Moore Signs With Loyola
Marymount University--(April 24,1998)

Matt Moore, the career scoring leader in boys' basketball at La Canada High, on Thursday signed to play at Loyola Marymount, Spartan Coach Tom Hofman said. Moore (6'-7" Sr. C) is a two-time Rio Hondo League MVP and an All-Southern Section CIF selection. This last season he was named to the All-State Division III team. He scored 1,670 points for the Spartans and holds the school record with 751 points in a season, and 51 points in a single game.
