San Gabriel Valley All-Star Games Tonight--(March 27, 1998)

The San Gabriel Valley Hall of Fame Basketball Classic, a doubleheader featuring boys' and girls' all-star games, will be played tonight at Pasadena's Muir High. The games will feature seniors attending schools located from as far west as Burbank all the way to the 605 Freeway (as the dividing line) on the "West" team, which will play against players from schools east of the 605 all the way out to Rancho Cucamonga on the "East" team. Don Grant of Muir will coach the boys' West team, Don Murray of Diamond Bar will coach the East. Damian Scribner of Crescenta Valley will coach the West girls, San Dimas' Bill Wakeley the East. We don't have the exact times of the games, nor do we know the rosters, but if you've got nothing else to do, or if you want to see some of the very best players in the San Gabriel Valley, then head over to Muir High, but be sure to call the school first to verify the location and the times.
