Buena Park Tournament Results--(Dec. 4, 1998)

Mayfair 67, Downey 52--Monsoon sophomore forward Josh Childress scored a game-high 27 points to go along with seven rebounds in a pool play victory over the Vikings (1-1) at Buena Park High. Sophomore guard Edwin Draughan also had 16 points and nine assists while senior guard Jesus Miranda chipped in with 11 points and nine rebounds for Mayfair, which improved to 2-0.
