Reminder: USC Game With
UNLV Is On FSW2--(Nov. 20, 1998)

If you're not doing anything this evening, and you want to see just how good USC's freshmen stack up to some competition that will probably test them a bit more than San Diego State, then check out the game broadcast tonight, at 7:35 p.m.

USC is 1-0, and UNLV is 2-0. While the broadcast will begin shortly, the game is actually set for 7:35 p.m. The game will be televised live by FOX Sports West 2, and you can also listen to it live on KCTD-AM (1540) in Los Angeles. If you're nowhere near that but can get to your computer, you can listen to the game on the internet, at internet audio broadcasts.

UNLV finished 20-13 overall and 7-7 in the Mountain Division of the Western Athletic Conference in 1997-98. UNLV returns four of five starters from last season's NCAA Tournament team. Sophomore forward/center Kaspars Kambala (21.0 ppg, 8.5 rpg), senior forward Kevin Simmons (6.5 ppg, 4.0 rpg) and senior guard Brian Keefe (5.0 ppg) are UNLV's leading returners.

This should be a good test of USC's big guys, and will give freshman point guard Brandon Granville a great test against Keefe.
