Herb Livesay Scouting For Portland--(Nov. 17, 1998)

Here's one we missed a few weeks ago:  Herb Livesay, the director of Snow Valley Basketball Camp in Santa Barbara, who's been running one of the best camps around, and who has also been the Director of Player Development in the CBA for many years, was named as a scout for the Portland Trailblazers last month.  Of course, even though the NBA isn't playing, that doesn't mean Herb gets to stop scouting.   Herb is a genuinely nice guy, and one of the best judges of basketball talent around. Congratulations to the Portland Trailblazer organization on picking up one of the best in the business.
