Womens Hoops: Costello Signs
With Long Beach--(Nov. 25, 1998)

Jeri Costello, a 5-8 guard at Brea Olinda, has signed a national letter of intent to play women's basketball at Long Beach State, 49er Coach Dallas Boychuk said. Costello, who averaged six points, seven rebounds and five assists, helped Brea to the state Division II title and the Southern Section Division II-AA title last year, and Brea is ranked this season as one of the best teams in the state again. Congratulations to Costello and to the 49'ers.
