Rockfish Workout Time
Change--(Sept. 30, 1999)

The LA Rockfish's open workout (not the one at LACC for Rockfish team members or invitees), will still be at Hollywood High School this Saturday afternoon, October 2, 1999, but there has been a slight time change: The workout will run from 12:00 noon until approximately 4:00 p.m.

We had previously been told that it would run from 1:30 p.m. until about 4:30 p.m., but that has now been changed. If you're planning on attending, please make a note and plan to get there earlier, a little before 12:00 noon in order to stretch and warmup.

Again, if you need further information on this open workout, which is free to anyone who wants to attend (you should be in high school, either a returning varsity player or moving up this year), should contact Dave Benezra or Mark Mayemura at (818) 783-2244.

For those who have not been there before, Hollywood High is located at 1521 North Highland, at the Intersection of Highland and Sunset. The entrance to the gym is located one block west of Highland; enter the parking lot and follow the ramp down to the gym (the gym is actually below the football and baseball field stands). There is ample off-street parking.
