Ryan Abrahams Will Play
At JUCO This Season--(Aug. 21, 1999)

Several months ago we reported that Ryan Abrahams (6'-2" SG), who graduated from Pacific Hills HS this past June, had signed a National Letter of Intent and would play at Loyola Marymount University this coming season. Well, it looks like Ryan didn't qualify after all, and according to one of our sources at Glendale Community College, Ryan has already enrolled in classes there, and will be on the team at Glendale this season. He will be joined by Rocky Steryo (6'-0" So. SG), another former Delphic League rival, who attended Montclair Prep. Both Rocky and Ryan are excellent shooters, and both have played for Glendale during the summer JUCO league games over the past few weeks.
