Continuing Biggest Surprise of the Tournament: Buckley, which went 3-0 in pool play, one of only three other teams to go undefeated. . .the small Division V school, which is participating in the War on the Floor for the first time ever, received a bye in the Championship bracket, and advances to the quarterfinals tonight at 9:00 p.m. . . . Biggest Disappointment of the Tournament: Campbell Hall, which was very highly touted coming into the tournament, but which failed to win a game in pool play.
High Scorers: Westlake's Adamcyzk 14 points; Muir's Darrelle Rowe 23 points; Harvard-Westlake's Russell Lakey 27 points; Sylmar's George O'Garra 16 points; Canoga Parks' Jammie Harris 21 points; Chatsworth's Ronald Ruffin, 18 points; Buckley's Colin Ward-Henninger 19 points. . . .
