Say No College Classic College
Summer League Schedules--(July 10, 1999)
Michael Holtrey, a local JUCO coach and organizational guru of the Say No Classic College Summer League sent us the weekly report with standings, high scorers and the schedule for this weekend, and we've posted up the standings and other stuff separately. We realize we're late with the schedule, but better late than never,and there's still Saturday and Sunday (tomorrow) to get out and watch some of the best college talent in SoCal and the country all assembled at West Los Angeles College, which is located in Culver City.
Because we'll be in Las Vegas later this week, and busy with the Pump and Rim Rattler stuff, we're pretty certain that we won't have time to post the next week's schedule up separately, so we've included it below. This coming week, games will start on Thursday, and continue through Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In addition, while the high schoolers are in Vegas at the adidas Las Vegas Big Time Tournament, Double Pump will also be holding a JUCO tournament at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
So this next week will be a veritable smorgasbord of basketball in and around SoCal. Here's the Say No Classic schedule for this weekend, July 9, 10 & 11, and for next week, starting with July 15 through July 19:
