Ryan Humphrey Picks Notre
Dame Over UCLA--(June 2, 1999)

We're about a day late with this one, but it's still important, so here goes:  Yesterday, Ryan Humphrey (6'-8" So. SF/SG), a transfer student from Oklahoma, held a press conference at his former high school in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he announced that he will attend the University of Notre Dame next season.  Ryan will have to sit under NCAA rules for one season, but he will come back to play under new coach Matt Dougherty (assuming that he's still there after this next season) with two years of eligibility remaining.  Humphrey chose Notre Dame over UCLA, Tennessee, and Duquesne.
