LA Poly Coach Resigns To Become
Valley College Assistant--(May 22, 1999)

Jay Werner, boys' coach at LA Poly High, located in Sun Valley, has resigned to accept a position as an assistant coach at Valley College.   No replacement has been named.  Werner will retain his full-time teaching position at Poly.  Poly is now accepting applications for the head varsity and junior varsity coaching positions.
