Costa Mesa High Basketball
Camps Announced--(May 19, 1999)

Costa Mesa High boys basketball coach Bob Serven has announced that he will hold a boys basketball camp for incoming freshman (not just at Costa Mesa High, but for rising freshmen at all schools) from June 21-July 22. The camp will be a two-hour, Monday-through-Thursday program, and will begin each day at 10 a.m. and end at noon. Cost of the camp is $80 per player.

Of perhaps more widespread appeal, Serven also announced that he will hold a youth camp for incoming sixth- seventh- and eighth-graders, in conjunction with the National Junior Basketball organization, is July 26-30. The three-hour sessions start daily at 9 a.m. and basketballs and T-shirts are included in the $80 fee. For more information Serven can be reached at (714) 424-8715.
