Malcolm Norrington, who coached the freshmen boys' basketball team at Crespi High School was hired as the new boys' varsity coach at Reseda High School after five-year head coach David Enowitz resigned earlier this year.  Enowitz, a Grant High graduate, who was an assistant at Grant for several years under his former coach, Howie Levine, also coached several Team Los Angeles Maccabi   basketball teams, including the boys' Maccabi team which won a bronze medal in Pittsburgh two summers ago, and which featured several players on this year's Los Angeles team which will compete in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Norrington is a graduate of Cal State Northridge and attended Garden and Verbum Dei High Schools.  Norrington is also one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet, a good coach, and a certified high school official who has been working the Valley CIF games for several years, and also referees games regularly at the Rockfish Spring League at Los Angeles City College.
